48 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $20 per person fee, charged to the credit card confirming your reservation.

Sales Tax
Sales taxes will be charged upon payment of your tour. All tour prices listed above Do not include Hawaii's state taxes. Current Hawaii sales tax rate is 4.166% No refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.

Please call 808.325.7444 when you arrive on island to reconfirm your reservation. Due to the nature of this adventure our restrictions are as follows; no children under 5 years of age, no pregnant women and no bad backs.

Additional Departure Locations
We are able to offer a variety of departure locations depending on your guests needs.  Our daily departure is from the Kailua Kona Pier but we are able to depart from the Mauna Lani Resort, Puako, Kawaihae Harbor, Honokohau Boat Harbor and Keauhou Bay.  These additional departure locations need to be confirmed before the reservation is made with Sea Hawaii Rafting.

Additional Activity Information
All snorkel gear (fins, snorkels, masks and Rx masks) are provided.  Flotation devices for snorkeling such as noodles, kick boards, swim belts, swim vests and life vests are available.  We provide a stocked cooler with island juiced, soda, bottled water, tropical snacks such as fresh fruit, chips and cookies.  Guests can bring additional food aboard the boat as well.
